The Fold on Frisson Radio is a collaboration and co-production by Sonic Fold and Frisson Radio (broadcast via CIUT 89.5 fm, syndicated with CKXU, CFRC, QCCR), drawing elements and structure from The Fold Podcast to highlight community cultivators within our local music community and industry at large.
The space provides artists, organizations and creative professionals time to wax poetic on their journeys to date, share new tunes, chat about their projects and delve deeper into the impetus behind their work. We spin about 5-6 tracks throughout the hour in between a lively, fun conversation hosted by me - Ola Mazzuca.
Frisson Radio is founded by Mikhael Lamont and Nabeel Pervaiz, who I have the honour and joy to collaborate with on this initiative.
